About me.

I’m a husband, father, and leader.  I’ve been in your shoes.  I’ve spent most of my career leading teams, and I know what it feels like to try to manage it all well.

I spent over seventeen years in the medical technology industry building life-changing medical devices and have had the privilege to lead some incredible teams.  As an executive in the orthopedic medical device industry, I was responsible for leading a world-class global research and development organization of over eighty people across five different sites in three countries. 

I believe people and culture are essential ingredients to organizational health and performance.  I fell in love with leadership and personal growth and have made it my mission to encourage, build up, and develop as many leaders as I can.
